Many years ago when I bought my first mobile phone (it was a Nokia 6600) I created several avatars of my friends for the contact.
Here is some of the avatar images of my friends - all in 131px X 176px - gif images, so as to fit in 6600 screen. I created these images from photographic references, mainly shoot with the VGA camera of Nokia 6600 phone - and later traced and colored in Photoshop with a pen tablet.
Now the Nokia 6600 phone is lost and I now own a Nokia 5800 XM - while I transferred the contents of the previous phone, I have got these contact images on my new phone too.
